(Click on the pic to see some cute chic) Seriously how cute is MIR!?! Thanksgivin was as it always is, fun fun fun! My sister Shelly opened her house to 47 of us to sleep for two nights, whew...No injuries so it was a success. MIR had the time of her life. She ran in the 100 meter turkey trot with a pace of 56 seconds just off her PR of 44 sec. coming in 4th and winning a golden yellow ribbon. She also won a frozen turkey in a random drawing. Just imagine my laughter when they announced MIR as the winner of a frozen turkey. It was fun to see the fam. Jr. next time be there or be square!

On Sunday my Honey turned the big 30! Looks like he's feeling pretty good about it.

Ode to my Darlin:

Dear Darlin my dear I'm happy to say that today you turn the big thirtay.
It's not that bad more like an Obama fad you say, I'm glad to hear you see it that way.
Some choose to feel gloomy even sad but not you you think it's rather rad.
More old and more respected you say you feel, honey my darlin you were quite the steal.
Don't worry about the gray or the L-bs, you know you always aim to please.
Me that is and I won't say where, but I think I just got quite a few stares.
It's been a great ride together it's true, we can do anything as long as you cheer for the U!
I'm grateful for you on this big birthday, now let's head up stairs for numero trey.
Pieces of cake that is, it's delicious I know I make it every year it requires a big show.

I was tagged again.  Lot's of blogs have this tagg.  It seems to be contagious.   This time I get to tell you 6 things about me.  So here goes:  

uno:  I'm really tired.  (not what you are thinking)

 dos:  I picked up three poops off the ground today.

 tres:   I don't like blogging but it's growing on me.  Sometimes I get annoyed at all the people reading and not responding.  I know you are out there and I know where you blog.  But then again I tend to do that too.  Or do I? 

 quatro.  I tend to say what everyone is thinking. Yup I'm that person.  

cinco de mayo.   I have short term memory loss and most of my long term is lost as well.  

6: My foot is sometimes swollen 

7: No No it was not the two year old poop that I cleaned up, she's civilized enough to go in a diaper.  The poop belongs to Taz.  One of the two dogs and not one of the 4 boyz we are tending. She doesn't like me so she hides under the bed alllllllllll day only to come out to poop.  YUCK! And not outside like she is supposed to at 5 (in the am that is) or 7:30 (again in the a.m.) or 11 (also am) or 2 or 4:30 or 8:30.  (yup pretty regimented around these parts)  she prefers to do her bizness right on the floor or carpet.  Maybe there is some good reading material over there.
